Billy is a successful entrepreneur and well-known venture capitalist, focusing on investment in technology startups. He has extensive experience in running his family owned semi-conductor distribution and mobile game business. He has an extraordinary record in cultivating unicorn startups with huge growth potential in recent years. His successful investments, including Indonesian e-commerce unicorn Tokopedia and Hong Kong transportation unicorn GoGoVan, have promoted him from a successful industrialist to a well-known tech entrepreneur and Asian investor.
Warren is a Partner at Soul Ventures, focusing on investments in consumer technology, AI, SaaS and fintech. He has most recently led the fund's investments in Epic Games, Anjuke and Didi Grocery. Warren is also an advisor at Smash Ventures.
Previously, Warren worked as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley where he focused on IPOs, M&A and capital raising for Asia Pacific corporates. Prior to that Warren was in Debt Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley where he originated bond issuances.
Warren received his B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Thomas Chow is a veteran investment professional with over two decades of investing and corporate financing experience in the Greater China region. On behalf of global top tier financial institutions, he had successfully deployed over US$1bn in investments.
Previously, Thomas was the Chief Investment Officer of Great Wall Asset Management, head of Greater China private investment at investment desks at Goldman Sachs (Asia) and Deutsche Bank (Asia). Prior to his investing career, he was a TMT investment banker with Citigroup Asia and a financial analyst with Salmon Brothers and Lehman Brothers in New York.
Thomas received his MBA and BA from Columbia University.
Chief Operating Officer
Kenneth is the Chief Operating Officer at Soul Ventures, focusing on the setup and effective operations of our investment funds, and ensuring our funds’ compliance with various regulatory requirements. Prior to that, Kenneth was a Director at Deloitte’s business advisory and tax group. He has demonstrated skills in regional management leadership and working with high-net-worth individuals particularly focusing on the Asian markets.
Kenneth obtained a Bacheler Degree in Actuarial Science from Bayes Business School, City University London. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Patrick is a seasoned investment professional, focusing on investment in technology companies. He formerly worked on Equity Research in Credit Suisse, developing investment thesis in public companies. He was also the CFO in a VC-backed startup, where he got the experience in scaling up a technology company. His experience also includes serving in Investment Department of a listed Chinese tech company and Deal Advisory Department in KPMG.
Patrick received professional qualifications as a CFA and a CPA. He is graduated from the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor in Economics & Finance.
